Elevation Mobile Mechanic, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Pro Care Plan subscription service.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To Provide Services: Schedule appointments, perform maintenance, communicate about visits

  • To Manage Your Membership: Process payments, send renewal reminders, maintain your account

  • To Communicate: Send service reminders and important updates (you can opt out of marketing anytime)

  • To Improve Our Business: Train technicians, analyze service trends, enhance customer experience

  • To Comply with Laws: Meet legal and regulatory requirements

We do NOT sell your personal information. Period.

  • With Stripe: Our payment processor handles all transactions securely. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

  • Business Transfers: In case of merger or sale, we'll notify you
