You can cancel anytime through your customer portal. There are no cancellation fees.

As a member, you receive a 10% discount on all other services, including brakes, spark plugs, batteries, and more. You can schedule these services through your member portal.

Your two oil changes are scheduled about 6 months apart to keep your vehicle perfectly maintained. We will send you a reminder when you are close to your due date to help you schedule. If you need an additional oil change before the 6-month interval or have already used both annual changes, a standard fee will apply, but your 10% loyalty discount will be honored.

If you cancel, you will retain access to your member benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
