Membership Agreement
Effective Date: March 06, 2026
Welcome to the Pro Care Plan! By signing up, you agree to the following terms:
1. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Each vehicle on your plan receives:
Two (2) full-service oil changes per year (includes oil, filter, labor, and basic inspection)
Two (2) free tire rotations per year
Free travel within 40 miles of our base location
50% off travel fees for locations 41-50 miles
10% discount on ALL additional repairs and maintenance (effective immediately upon sign-up)
Access to member portal for scheduling and account management
2. MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT & CANCELLATION
Minimum Commitment: A 90-day membership is required from your sign-up date.
Cancellation After 90 Days: You may cancel anytime after the 90-day period with no fees or penalties.
How to Cancel: Contact us via email. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not prorated.
Rejoining: If you cancel, you may rejoin at any time.
3. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
We service standard passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks. We do not service exotic, classic, or supercars without prior written approval. By signing up, you confirm your vehicles meet these criteria.
4. PAYMENT & BILLING
Membership fees are billed monthly on your sign-up date.
Unused oil changes and tire rotations do not roll over to the next year.
Additional services beyond what's included are available at your 10% discounted member rate.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Free travel is intended for scheduled maintenance visits. We reserve the right to review accounts with excessive service requests (more than 4 visits per month per vehicle) and may apply a nominal travel fee for repeat non-oil-change calls.
6. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
We may update these terms with 30 days written notice. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel before they take effect.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] liability for any claim related to your membership shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
